What is your hotel's cancellation policy?
When you book directly through our website, enjoy peace of mind with flexible cancellation. We are offering waived cancellation fees up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. There will be no fee on reservations changed or cancelled by the 48-hour policy, however date changes may result in different pricing. Pre-Paid reservations will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation.

How do I get to the hotel? We are a pleasant 5-10 minute walk from Avalon Harbor, or a 4 minute taxi ride down Crescent Ave and a left on Maiden Lane.
